Meet the Jesters Family at Beaulieu Nursery & Pre-School

Background
Hello My name is Olivia; I am a Level 3 Practitioner who has a passion for creativity and providing a fun and enabling environment. I have worked within the childcare sector for 3 years.

The Jesters Family
My role as part of the Jesters family Is to build an environment that is both fun and educational and to build a key person relationship with my key children and to promote positive wellbeing that will work alongside the Luven Scale- (‘a five-point scale that allows childcare practitioners to measure children’s ’emotional wellbeing’ and ‘involvement’ – two vital components of learning, development and progress in children.’)

As part of the Jesters team, I have learned many new approaches such as following Curiosity to support the next generation in becoming explorers and finding new ways of doing things.

Outside work
Outside of work I enjoy experiencing new things and going to concerts.

Favourite children’s book
My favourite book as a child was the The English Roses by Madonna. The key message of this story was about being kind and this is something I model to the children in my care.
