Meet the Jesters Family at Beaulieu Nursery & Pre-School

Hello, my name is Ildi, and I am the Early Years Outdoor Practitioner here at Jesters. I joined the Jesters family in 2021 and I really like being here surrounded by a caring and friendly team.

The Jesters Family
I have a passion for childcare since I finished my studies at university and being a parent myself, I know that I would expect my child to be happy, healthy and feel safe in a nursery classroom. I always do my best to create an engaging and creative environment where children can learn and develop through play – specifically outdoor, forest-led learning and nature based play. I really enjoy arranging art/crafts activities, sensory-messy play and help children to explore and gain knowledge through new experiences. I also like carpet time- singing songs and reading stories from our unique Jesters Ambitions Calendar.

Outside work
In my spare time I like spending time with my children and husband, going for trips and taking long walks. I also like doing arts and crafts and face painting.

Favourite children’s book
Simon Sock by Sue Hendra and Paul Linnet is one of my favourite books which is a great story to discuss friendship and difference.
