Background

Hello, my name is Ebenezer. I am a dedicated Early Years Practitioner with a rich academic background and diverse practical experience. I hold a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood and Primary Education (First Class Honors) and have recently completed Master of Art in Education with a focus on Early Childhood. I have worked as Nursery/Teaching Assistant across various educational settings in Essex.

The Jesters Family

I first joined the Jesters Family in October 2023 working as an agency staff member. My transition from agency staff to a full-time role reflects my commitment to making a lasting impact on children’s lives and contributing to a high-performing team. I am passionate about creating stimulating learning environments that align with the vision of “building futures” for every child. I am well-versed in safeguarding procedures and creating inclusive environments, ensuring compliance with statutory frameworks while delivering high-quality care and education.

Outside work

Outside of Jesters, I enjoy listening to music and playing football. Most importantly, I love conducting research in my area of expertise, which allows me to stay current with the latest developments in early childhood education.
